• We’ve been renting it for $1500/month from the start o UMC
• 9,000+ sqft lot including Sister’s musalla and auto repair shop (shaded in green)
  • Blue shade is our current masjid and imam’s house
• Once we pay our balance, we can turn the auto repair shop into classes or Islamic studies
• We have areed with seller to purchase the property as below:
